I’m still getting a lot of internet traffic, especially from India, many of those requests specifically from Chandigarh, where the America Geeks call center was located. I assume those visitors are ex-employees or otherwise remember the call center. For those of you, I have a special present today: I’m uploading some more photos that I have about them. Enjoy the flashback into the 2018s and the time with big boss Kunal Bansal and Mohit Bansal. Feel free to contact me (anonymously) via my website chat in the bottom right corner.
For context: Geeks Technical Solutions dba America Geeks was the largest scam call center in India in 2018 and operated for many years already before that. They employed over 500 employees, including sales staff, customer success managers, support, IT, HR, office boys, and cab drivers to get employees safely back to their homes after their shifts. In the end, Microsoft took legal action against them in India, however, it seems like the bosses got out without any real consequences. The call center doesn’t exist anymore in this form but we think they are working on a smaller scale and undercover. I visited the call center location in Chandigarh, Punjab as well. How that went you can see in the following video.
